Shipping
Transit time and cost are determined by the customer at checkout. We are not responsible for inaccurate shipping information entered at checkout, incorrect shipping methods selected, any delays during transit, or any delivery issues once the item has been marked as “Delivered”.
US Domestic Shipping
We ship by via FedEx 2-Day Air, FedEx Overnight, UPS 2-Day Air, and UPS Overnight. Please note we DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes and a signature is required upon delivery. All packages will be fully insured. Transit time does not include for production time.
International Shipping
Please contact us for international shipping.
Please note that once a package is en route, we are unable to alter, pause, or cancel it due to the nature of our insurance restrictions and customs processing procedures. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our team or add a note to your order during checkout so that we can prioritize assisting you with your order dispatch.
Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and ineligible for exchange or return. Merchandise that has been altered and/or used/worn cannot be accepted for exchange or return. We only replace items that are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt.
Please email us at sales@petiteregalia.com to initiate your return. We will respond within 72 hours with a return authorization number and further instructions.
Return Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. If you receive a refund or store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Petite Regalia Fine Jewelers is not responsible for lost shipments
